We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Doorman to join a luxury residential property near Vauxhall.
What's on Offer
- Salary: £33,100 plus tips, a supportive and friendly team
- Excellent opportunities for career growth and development
- Shift Pattern: Pitman rota – day shifts from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests, always greeting them with a smile.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to residents' amenity and service requests.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of resident and guest preferences.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a luxury resident experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of service.

About You
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury residential property.
- Passionate about creating memorable experiences for residents and guests.
- Positive, proactive, and highly attentive to detail.
