You will be part of a five-star residential environment with a 24-hour concierge and exceptional amenities including a pool, spa, gym, sauna, cinema and residents’ lounge. With Soho and Covent Garden moments away and Tottenham Court Road station directly below, your desk is at the centre of London’s cultural and transport heartbeat.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the first friendly face residents and guests meet, delivering a polished, professional welcome and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. Most days you’ll manage the front entrance, support concierge operations, coordinate deliveries and taxis, and keep the lobby immaculate and secure. You’ll balance warm hospitality with vigilant attention to safety and procedures.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every resident and guest is greeted promptly by name where possible, with a warm, tailored welcome.
  • The entrance, lobby and approach remain pristine and calm, even at peak times.
  • Packages, keys and access are handled accurately, securely and in line with procedures.
  • You communicate clearly with concierge, security and contractors to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Incidents and maintenance issues are spotted early and escalated appropriately.
  • Shift handovers are concise and complete, ensuring seamless service 24/7.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Managing the door and lobby, opening doors and assisting with access while maintaining security.
  • Welcoming residents and guests, offering directions and support with bags, taxis and umbrellas.
  • Coordinating deliveries, logging items and notifying residents in line with site procedures.
  • Monitoring the entrance, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Keeping the lobby and frontage tidy, presentable and free of hazards.
  • Liaising with the concierge team, providing updates and ensuring smooth handovers.

Experience That Helps

  • Front-of-house experience in luxury residential, hotel or customer-facing environments.
  • Confident handling deliveries, access control and lobby presentation standards.
  • Familiarity with safety, security and incident reporting procedures.
  • Experience using radios, logging systems or basic building management tools.
  • Knowledge of the local West End area to assist with directions and recommendations.
