The Opportunity
Working hand in hand with new and emerging Markets, the International Marketing Manager is a critical partner between the commercial needs of our growing international market teams, and our global Brand Marketing and Creative strategies & plans. This role supports the definition and implementation of the Brand Go-To-Market strategy towards our global goals and reports into the Global Business Development Director.
What you'll get to do
- Build effective working relationships with the wider Global Brand team and market teams for Dr. Barbara Sturm to support the implementation of the global strategy across local markets and drive business growth.
- Support and learn from markets on consumer and retailer needs, funnelling insights, strategies and ideas into the Global Brand team and back to market teams for execution.
- Bring new global opportunities and strategies to market teams, while partnering with DBS leadership on worldwide expansion opportunities.
- Act as a key partner to markets in assessing new opportunities, growth plans and distribution expansion.
- Cascade the Global Marketing Plan to local marketing teams, with a particular focus on key launches.
- Manage and align regional marketing calendars.
- Review local activation plans, with a focus on flagship initiatives.
- Brief Global Brand teams on market requirements, including campaign assets, visual materials and new product development needs.
- Work closely with market teams and the Global Store Design and Visual Merchandising team on both permanent retail builds and temporary concepts.
- Support the communication of the Brand vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Go-To-Market plans and strategic priorities.
- Ensure a relevant and commercially effective product assortment across all markets and channels.
- Maintain a coherent and consistent omnichannel consumer experience across all regions and touchpoints.
- Partner with global and local teams to manage future stock requirements and excess inventory.
- Work closely with Global Demand and Supply teams to support market requests, including the development of exclusive market SKUs.
- Partner with the wider Business Development team to support markets across key business levers, including pricing, assortment, visibility and analytics.
- Review global CPS demand by initiative in partnership with the Global Demand Planning team and the Business Analyst.

- Experience within the beauty, luxury or consumer goods industries in a similar role.
- Proven operational marketing knowledge.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw meaningful conclusions and make strong commercial recommendations.
- The ability to work autonomously, drive momentum across multiple projects and proactively plan ahead.
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
- A strong attention to detail and an appreciation for luxury brands and premium consumer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
