About Draftable
Draftable is building the next generation of document drafting tools for lawyers.
Since launching our first legal product in 2023, over 1,300 law firms and legal teams globally have adopted our product. We're growing ARR significantly year-on-year, with very high win rates against incumbents and negligible churn. Our flagship document comparison product already outperforms competitor tools, and our new metadata cleaning product is being adopted rapidly. And that’s just the foundation for a broader product suite we're actively building!
Our ambition is to become the leading provider of document drafting solutions for lawyers, and the most loved software in a lawyer's toolkit. We're part of the Affinda Group, a privately funded global AI company based in Melbourne, Australia, that has held a long-term presence in the EMEA market.
Why now
Legal drafting technology is going through a generational shift. Firms are moving away from aging, bundled platforms in favour of modern alternatives, and we’re winning those head-to-head evaluations across regions.
If you like selling a challenger product with a clear story and strong win rates, this is an ideal moment to join.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Sales, EMEA, we're looking for a UK / European based Account Executive to join our EMEA team. You will be responsible for a defined territory, sitting in a team with strong European leadership, supported by EMEA based Customer Success Manager, Customer Support Manager and Market Development Coordinator.
This is a role for a self-sufficient seller: someone with a genuine outbound hunter mentality, who can generate their own high value leads, run their own demos and close their own deals – treating internal support as a strategic resource rather than a daily dependency. You’ll have autonomy, uncapped earnings, and an existing product set that customers genuinely love, and an exciting imminent new product roadmap that will unlock higher value opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
