At Naturally Compliant, we're a forward-thinking environmental and construction consultancy dedicated to enhancing environmental performance during the construction phase of infrastructure and development of nationally significant projects. We’re known for doing things properly. No box‑ticking. No “good enough.” We support clients across renewables, infrastructure, utilities, and land management with environmental oversight that genuinely improves project outcomes.
Our ecology and environmental teams work side by side. We've found that the strongest environmental outcomes come from disciplines that talk to each other constantly, not ones working in silos and comparing notes at the end. That integrated way of working is what our clients come to us for, and it's what we're proud to build our reputation on.
We're growing our water team, and we're looking for people who want to help shape that growth - not just fill a seat within it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
