Junelight Studios is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Drama Production Director to join our team in London.
This is a senior creative and production leadership role for someone who can help shape and deliver our expanding scripted-content slate — from early creative development through production and final delivery.
Our work spans vertical drama, short-form scripted content, live-action and AI-generated production, with a strong focus on mobile-first storytelling and international audiences.

You’ll work across:
- Creative development and editorial direction
- End-to-end scripted production
- Vertical and short-form drama
- International productions and partnerships
- Production strategy and scalable workflows
- Emerging AI-assisted and AI-generated production
We’re particularly interested in people who combine strong creative judgement with hands-on production experience and understand how stories can travel across audiences, platforms and markets.
