Salary: £12.75 per hour plus 20% shift allowance on rotating shifts (equivalent to approximately £29,172 per annum based on a 40-hour week), Contract: Permanent, Hours: Weekly Rotating Shifts (06:00-14:30 / 14:00-22:30).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where full training is provided. No previous drilling or machine-setting experience is required. The company is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with factory experience and a willingness to learn specialist manufacturing processes.
Job Description
Working within the Drill Shop department, you will be trained to operate specialist manufacturing equipment used in the production process. You will support production activities, carry out quality checks and ensure products are manufactured to the required standards.

Role And Responsibilities
- Operate specialist drilling machinery following full training
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Monitor machinery and production processes
- Carry out quality inspections on finished products
- Follow production instructions and work schedules accurately
- Record production data and maintain manufacturing records
- Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Support other production departments when required
About You
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience is required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety
- Flexible approach to work and overtime requirements
