Location: North Sea
Duration: 1-2 trips from October 2026
We are currently recruiting for a Drilling Materials Controller to support a major oil & gas project offshore. Reporting to the project management team, this role is responsible for managing all drilling materials and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control drilling materials to support continuous offshore operations.
- Operate and maintain accurate records using Kabal systems.
- Handle Dangerous Goods (DGs) for sea and air in compliance with regulations.
- Support offshore vessel operations, including loading, offloading, and logistics coordination.
- Ensure all materials are tracked, stored, and available as required to avoid operational delays.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong materials management experience
- Dangerous Goods by Air and Sea
- BOSIET / FOET w CAEBS
- MIST
- OGUK Medical
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)
- Experience with Kabal systems
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations for sea and air
- Offshore vessel operations experience
- Strong organisational and logistical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications / Competencies
- Previous experience in North Sea drilling projects
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with offshore and onshore teams
