Safely transport products to our customers and/delivery hubs ensuring deliveries arrive in a timely manner whilst adhering to traffic regulations. You will be responsible for loading/unloading products to the van, planning efficient routes, conducting vehicle maintenance checks and maintaining accurate delivery records. You will have strong customer service skills as you will be delivering directly to customer premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliveries: Transport goods from Elmbridge site to other depots or to customer site.
- Loading / Unloading: Load the van efficiently in order of delivery and unload items at customer premises. Safe handling and lifting should be applied as items may weigh up to 25 kg.
- Route Planning: Use GPS navigation to determine the most efficient, timely routes while considering traffic and road conditions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including fuel usage, mileage, delivery logs, and, in some cases, customer signature, invoices, or return notes.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-departure checks (oil, gas, water) and ensure the vehicle is clean and operating safely.
- Customer Service: Represent the company professionally, interacting with clients to answer questions or handle enquiries.
- Warehouse Support: Support warehouse operations when not undertaking delivery duties, including but not limited to goods-in, picking, packing, stock movement, loading vehicles, housekeeping, or other reasonable duties.
