Location: Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP
Pay rate: £13.45 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, full-time 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
Shift times: 04:00 – 12:30 or 05:00 – 13:30
As a Driver/Cleaner at Northwood HQ, you'll play an important role in supporting one of the UK's key military headquarters. Combining driving duties with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, you'll be part of a friendly team helping to ensure the smooth running of a site at the heart of UK defence operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys a mix of cleaning and driving duties, and wants a role that offers stability, great benefits, and room to grow.

What you’ll do:
- Play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly by:
- Cleaning accommodation and office areas to high standards, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Carrying out sweeping, mopping, hoovering, waste disposal, and other general cleaning duties
- Working independently at times, and as part of a supportive team
- Completing driving duties as required
- Checking and reporting any hazards or equipment issues to management
- Making sure all equipment is used and stored safely and correctly
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- UK residency for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and the ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential — we provide full training
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to high standards
