We are currently seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team at Gateshead, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to join a safety-focused team where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality concrete products to our customers.
As a Concrete Agitator Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transport, and delivery of pre-mixed concrete while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest safety standards.
Your Day Will Involve:
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and safety checks of your vehicle
- Safely delivering concrete to customer sites across the region
- Managing slump tolerances and the discharge of concrete in line with customer requirements
- Completing delivery documentation accurately and efficiently
- Communicating effectively with allocators, customers, and plant personnel
- Providing feedback on customer service, site conditions, and project requirements
- Assisting with yard maintenance and unloading stock deliveries as required
- Operating in accordance with Boral's safety policies, procedures, and relevant legislation

What You'll Bring
- Current HR Driver Licence
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Self-motivation and a professional, reliable approach to work
- Concrete, transport, construction, or related industry experience will be highly regarded
- A willingness to learn, with full training provided
