About Dexory

At Dexory, we're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we're one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.

We're only interested in the best ideas, no matter where they're from.

Role: Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport our robots to client sites and events across the UK and mainland Europe. This role involves towing a trailer, so proven towing experience is essential. You’ll be provided with a company van and fuel card, and will play a key part in ensuring our equipment arrives safely.

This role will be Wallingford based when not travelling.

Responsibilities

  • Transport robots safely and efficiently from our warehouse in Verda Park to client sites, warehouses, exhibitions, and events across the UK and mainland Europe, and return them to base.
  • Plan and optimise delivery routes, taking into account traffic, road conditions, and potential disruptions.
  • Operate company vehicles, including vans and trailers, ensuring full compliance with towing requirements.
  • Take responsibility for vehicle upkeep, including routine maintenance, daily serviceability checks, and cleanliness.
  • Support additional company transport needs, including inter-site deliveries, airport transfers, and station pick-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally during face-to-face interactions with clients and partners.
  • Assist with warehouse operations on non-driving days, including coordinating repairs, general upkeep, and facility organisation.
  • Manage stock and supplies for staff welfare, including arranging deliveries and maintaining inventory levels as directed.
  • Oversee basic maintenance and servicing of on-site equipment, such as beverage machines.
  • Work flexibly to meet business needs, including occasional extended driving hours and weekend work (e.g. Sunday travel for Monday events).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
