About the Role
We are expanding our mobility service in Wiltshire. Join our team as a professional driver and help shape the future of shared passenger transport.
Signing Bonus
£250 signing bonus when you work a minimum of 60 hours during the first month. Terms and conditions apply.
Refer-a-Friend Bonus
Earn £250 for every Wiltshire council PHV-licensed driver you refer who joins us and works a minimum of 60 hours during their first month. Terms and conditions apply.
Tasks
- Drive passengers safely and reliably in Wiltshire
- Accept ride requests via our driver app and manage trips efficiently
- Offer friendly, professional service and assist passengers where needed
- Contribute to a service that improves everyday mobility – including for wheelchair passengers

Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Wiltshire Council PHV licence
- Full UK driving license held for at least 12 months
- Strong driving skills and a calm driving style
- Friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
- Good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Openness to working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends
- Previous experience in passenger transport is an advantage, but not necessary

- Independent contractor relationship with flexible working hours
- Service hours: Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 8.00pm, Saturday 8am to 7.30pm
