The Role

Are you passionate about high-performance motorsport and driving the future of talent acceleration? We are looking for a Driver Programme Operations Manager to focus on the end-to-end operational delivery of Formula E’s high-performance talent accelerators.

You will sit at the operational heart of our driver development pipeline, leading the full logistical and trackside planning of our talent initiatives, from simulator schedules and technical training academies to the coordinated movement of GEN4 race cars. This is a highly collaborative and dynamic role where you will ensure that our driver programmes execute consistent, high-quality operations that align with our B Corp sustainability targets, team agreements, and commercial growth objectives, giving you deep, hands-on experience in global sporting operations.

Responsibilities

Driver Programme & Technical Operations: Lead end-to-end operational delivery for multi-week testing calendars and official Women’s Tests, directly coordinating with Formula E teams, drivers, and technical suppliers. Oversee trackside logistics, garage setups, FIA compliance, telemetry data platforms, paddock credentials, and track timings to ensure complete mechanical and operational readiness across global race events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
