Join us as our Driver Services Administrator on a 3 month fixed term basis

We're offering a competitive salary package of £26,215.15 (pro-rata) along with a range of fantastic perks.

- Provide support to drivers via phone and email, delivering excellent customer service within agreed SLAs
- Keep drivers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking ownership from initial contact through to resolution
- Process service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-related bookings
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and databases
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements
