Driver / Stores Person

We are looking for a Driver / Stores Person to support our Survey and Robotics team from our facility in Westhill. This role plays a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment, inventory, and deliveries are managed efficiently, accurately, and safely. This is a hands-on position that supports multiple teams across the business and is essential to meeting customer and operational requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Involvement in all core stores operations, including goods in, goods out, stock allocation, storage, and stock control.
  • Ensuring all returning rental equipment is off-hired on NetSuite promptly and accurately and stored in the correct racking area as well as ensuring any missing or damaged items are reported.
  • Allocating inventory items to workshop teams, from the controlled stores, maintaining accurate system records and supporting safety stock levels.
  • Carrying out local driving duties, including deliveries and collections to customers and suppliers across Aberdeen City and Shire.
  • Ensuring all equipment is safely packaged, handled, and stored within the warehouse / stores areas.
  • Taking part in weekly cycle counts and scheduled full stock takes, supporting accurate inventory management.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe stores environment, promoting a positive Health & Safety culture and complying with PPE, emergency procedures, and company policies.
  • Supporting operational demands through flexibility and overtime when required to meet customer deadlines.

What experience you'll bring

  • Full UK / European Driving Licence
  • Previous Stores related experience
  • Pro-active and can-do attitude with ability to use own incitive
  • Strong time management skills

Preferred:

  • Additional logistics experience
  • B1 Forklift Licence
  • Survey & Robotics knowledge with relevant experience of similar products and services
  • ERP / NetSuite experience
