Parts Plus Delivery Driver Supervisor
Ready to take the wheel?
We’re looking for an organised, reliable and customer-focused Parts Plus Delivery Driver Supervisor to join our team.
This is more than a delivery role. You’ll play a key part in keeping our Parts Plus operation moving, making sure wholesale and trade parts reach our customers accurately, efficiently and on time.
As Driver Supervisor, you’ll lead by example on the road while also helping coordinate the wider driver team. You’ll oversee delivery processes, support new starters, manage priority and urgent orders, and work closely with our warehouse and office teams to keep everything running smoothly.
This role is available on a 46.5 hour contract Monday – Friday, with one in two Saturday mornings.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and coordinate the driver team, ensuring a consistent, professional and efficient delivery service across the branch.
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, prioritising urgent and customer-critical orders while maximising efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure accurate order fulfilment, including checking invoices, scanning and safely loading parts, processing credits and completing all required paperwork.
- Maintain high vehicle and compliance standards, including daily vehicle checks, accurate mileage and fuel records, van cleanliness and prompt reporting of any damage.
- Work collaboratively across the branch with warehouse and office teams to resolve issues, support new drivers and ensure smooth, accurate and timely deliveries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
