About The Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Driver Support Advisor to join our expanding Delivery Support and Transport teams. This role combines excellent customer service with key administrative responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact between delivery crews, internal teams, and customers to proactively resolve delivery queries and support smooth delivery operations. It’s an ideal opportunity for an experienced customer service or administrative professional looking to join the UK’s No.1 retail business.

Mon - Fri, shifts of 07:00-15:30 & 08:00 - 16:30 on a rota'd basis

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls from Delivery Crews and resolve any issues/ queries
  • Actively monitor live transport data and highlight/ resolve any potential issues
  • Assist internal departments with any queries
  • Contact Delivery Crews/ customers to resolve any potential delivery issues
  • Maintain spreadsheet data to keep records up to date
  • Create and manage daily reports to be sent to management, highlighting any concerns
  • Provide all Wren customers/ internal departments with exceptional customer service
  • Assist with processing failed deliveries

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

  • GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office programs
  • Ability to create formulas in MS Excel
  • Customer Service experience
  • Transport experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
