Job Description
Salary: £49,665
Shift: Monday to Friday with flexibility needed. Mainly 08:00-17:00, but afternoon, nights, and weekend work will be required.
A great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Bicester Depot. You will be joining a small team that keeps our network running, ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.

Role Overview: You will form part of the Transport department's training team, working alongside a number of shareholders in a varied role. From training our drivers in the classroom to on-road assessments and training.

Responsibilities:
- Be flexible to cover the department's training needs across all shifts.
- Have an eye for accuracy.
- Recent HGV driving experience (preferably multi-drop experience).
- Be a people person.

Requirements:
- Applicants must be Class 1 qualified.
- Full and clean Class 1 Licence with 3 years of full driving experience.
- Health and Safety qualifications accredited to IOSH, NEBOSH, and ROSPA are very advantageous.
- Computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office abilities are required.
