Job Description

Salary: £49,665

Shift: Monday to Friday with flexibility needed. Mainly 08:00-17:00, but afternoon, nights, and weekend work will be required.

A great opportunity for an experienced Driver Trainer to join our distribution and logistics team at our Bicester Depot. You will be joining a small team that keeps our network running, ensuring we deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.

  • Role Overview: You will form part of the Transport department's training team, working alongside a number of shareholders in a varied role. From training our drivers in the classroom to on-road assessments and training.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Be flexible to cover the department's training needs across all shifts.
    • Have an eye for accuracy.
    • Recent HGV driving experience (preferably multi-drop experience).
    • Be a people person.
  • Requirements:

    • Applicants must be Class 1 qualified.
    • Full and clean Class 1 Licence with 3 years of full driving experience.
    • Health and Safety qualifications accredited to IOSH, NEBOSH, and ROSPA are very advantageous.
    • Computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office abilities are required.
