Every successful event starts well before the audience arrives. The right equipment needs to be checked, packed and delivered—and brought back ready for the next job.
At Present Communications, we provide AV, live streaming and technical production for corporate events. We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to join our small team and help keep everything moving.
What you’ll do:
- Drive our vans, delivering and collecting equipment across London and further afield.
- Load and unload safely, checking equipment against job lists.
- Help prepare, organise and check equipment in our warehouse.
- Check returns, flag missing or damaged items and keep storage areas tidy.
- Work closely with our technical team and represent Present professionally at venues and suppliers.

What we’re looking for:
- A full driving licence valid for driving our vans in the UK.
- Confidence driving vans in London.
- Good timekeeping, attention to detail and care for equipment.
- Willingness to undertake regular manual handling using appropriate equipment and safe working practices.
- Someone who communicates clearly and enjoys being part of a team.

Experience in events, AV, warehousing or deliveries would be useful. You don’t need to be an AV expert—you do need to be dependable and willing to learn.
This is a hands-on role based at our Wimbledon warehouse and out on the road. Event schedules can involve early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends.
