Are you looking to kickstart your career in the film, TV, and live events industry? We are seeking a reliable, motivated Driver / Warehouse Trainee to join our team.
In this dual-role, you will be the face of the company on the road—ensuring timely delivery and collection of high-value equipment—while gaining hands-on experience inside our busy kit room.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Logistics
- Timely Deliveries & Collections: Transport equipment across locations to strict time constraints. Punctuality is essential: you are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes early to every scheduled stop.
- Client Representation: Serve as a professional, polite, and helpful point of contact on location, going the extra mile to accommodate client needs.
- Communication: Keep the Warehouse Manager updated on your progress and status throughout the day.
- Vehicle Care: Drive safely, legally, and courteously at all times. Perform daily vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness, and report any maintenance or damage immediately.
- Load & Transport Security: Safely load/unload vehicles and maintain strict security protocols for equipment while away from premises.

Warehouse & Kit Room Support
- Kit Awareness: Learn to identify camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure accurate packing and avoid mistakes.
- Technical Maintenance: Assist kit room staff with equipment prep, cable management, battery charging, and cleaning gear.
- General Upkeep: Maintain high standards across the facility—tidying the kit room, managing waste/bins, and keeping kitchen and office areas clean and prepared for the next day.
What We Are Looking For
- License: A valid UK Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Punctuality & Attitude: Strong time-management skills, a proactive work ethic, and a polite, client-first mindset.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work out-of-hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekend shifts as required by production schedules.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with heavy lifting, loading/unloading gear, and staying active on your feet.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication and the ability to keep management informed on the move.
