About the Role

We are looking for Driver Mates to work from our Avonmouth Distribution Depot (Bristol), to deliver goods to our customers in a timely manner and in first class condition, ensuring our customers always get the best impression and service.

The distribution function is an integral part of our business of which scheduling is a key priority and you will be working closely with other key stakeholders across St Austell Brewery within the sales and distribution teams.

About You

  • Previous experience working within a multi-drop environment.
  • Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate the potential, desire, and ambition to develop and grow.
  • Can demonstrate confidence working and building relationships at all levels across the business.
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm.
