We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Drivers Mate to join us at our site in Rochester, working on our Specialist Services contract. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends off!

Pay, Benefits And More
We’re looking to offer a rate of £14.46 per hour. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday, access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits including ongoing learning through the XPO University.
What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles
- Delivering and assembling specialist equipment to end-users
- On-site testing of equipment and brief customer demonstrations
- Full training will be given on Manual Handling, moving, and installing the products

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Previous installation experience would be advantageous
- Physically fit as a lot of manual handling will be involved
- You must be a team player as you will be sharing a vehicle all day with a driver
