Are you a skilled dry cleaner searching for your next challenge? Timpson, a leader in the industry, is looking for an experienced Hub Colleague to join our vibrant team at our busy Stoke-On-Trent Central Processing Unit. Position: Dry Cleaning Hub Colleague

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Job Type: Temporary/ Full-Time (Maternity Cover - 12 Months)

Salary: £26,998.40 - £27000 OTE per annum and including uncapped weekly bonus

Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities available post-training.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing a diverse workload. A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality results are essential. Familiarity with computerized systems for processing orders and managing inventory is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of our dry cleaning hub, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Lead a small, dedicated team while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain the quality of our services to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Machine Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain all dry cleaning and commercial laundry machines, including steam presses. Ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally and addressed promptly when issues arise.
  • Communication Skills: While the role isn't directly customer-facing, you will be responsible for communicating professionally with teammates and customers over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
