Seeking an experienced drywall/taping subcontractor or small crew to price a fully scoped, permitted basement-renovation job in Milton. This is a labour-and-tools-only subcontract quote request. All drywall, insulation, resilient channel, screws, tape, compound and accessories will be supplied and staged on site. Please provide your normal subcontract unit rates or fixed labour price — not a material-inclusive retail package. Drawings, exact dimensions and site details will be shared privately with qualified responders only. No plans or photos are posted publicly.

Scope:
- Approx. 900 sq. ft. basement ceiling:
- Remove existing 1/2-in. hollow ceiling
- Install acoustic mineral-wool insulation and resilient channel
- Install one layer of 5/8-in. Type X drywall
- Tape, mud and sand to a true Level 4 finish.
- Stairwell wall: approx. 100 sq. ft.
- Remove existing finish
- Install acoustic wool and resilient channel
- 5/8-in. Type X drywall
- Level 3 finish.
- New non-load-bearing partitions: approx. 60–65 LF at approx. 7 ft. 6 in. high
- Frame, board and finish as per drawings.

Submit a separate labour/tools quote for:
- Demolition/cleanup
- Insulation + resilient channel
- 5/8-in. Type X drywall hanging
- Level 4 taping/mudding/sanding
- Stairwell Level 3 and partition scope
