DTC eCommerce Operations Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a DTC eCommerce Operations Manager based in the United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to bring structure and scalability to a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and reliable.
The position spans multiple functions, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, recruiting, and internal operations.
You will build systems, workflows, and documentation that help teams operate with greater clarity and accountability.
Working closely across departments and with executive stakeholders, you will help turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
This is a high-ownership environment suited to someone who thrives on solving problems, managing complexity, and working independently.
Your work will directly contribute to creating scalable operations that support continued business growth.
Accountabilities
- Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
- Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and scalable operational systems.
- Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
- Coordinate supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and the operational setup of new employees.
- Ensure team members have the appropriate systems, tools, permissions, and access required to perform their roles effectively.
- Prepare operational reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and structure across departments.
- Help improve communication and coordination between teams as the business scales.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing operations for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce brand.
- Proven experience creating, implementing, and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems.
- Strong hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and process management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proactive, analytical problem-solver who can identify issues and develop practical solutions independently.
- Strong ownership mentality with a demonstrated ability to take responsibility for problems and drive them through to resolution.
- Comfortable working across multiple business functions, including operations, project management, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, and reporting.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining structure, follow-through, and accountability.
- Willingness and ability to commit exclusively to the role.
- Experience working within a scaled DTC brand across multiple operational functions is a strong advantage.
- Previous ownership or management of a direct-response eCommerce brand generating approximately $2M–$5M+ per month is highly relevant.
- Experience in the supplements industry or a similar high-volume DTC environment is particularly valuable.
- Familiarity with Notion and operational documentation tools is preferred.

Benefits
- $2,000–$3,500 USD per month.
- Compensation negotiable based on experience and profile.
- Exceptional candidates may be considered for compensation of up to $10,000 USD per month.
