Are you a commercially driven DTC growth specialist who thrives on building channels, testing ideas and turning insight into measurable growth?
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious FMCG business where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of its DTC channel.
With a strong portfolio of pet care brands and a clear ambition to accelerate online growth, the business is looking for a DTC Manager who can take ownership of the channel strategy, maximise its potential and drive profitable growth through data-led decision making.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to maintain an existing e-commerce operation. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build, challenge and improve. Someone who enjoys understanding what makes customers tick, identifying opportunities, testing new ideas and turning insights into action.
As DTC Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing the channel through a combination of digital acquisition, website optimisation, customer insight and commercial thinking. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Finance to ensure DTC becomes an increasingly important driver of growth across the business.
This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, proactive and commercially minded. Someone who is comfortable getting into the detail, but also able to step back and think strategically about where the channel should go next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
