Job Title: DTC Paid Media Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specialises in helping ambitious DTC brands scale through data-led paid media, creative strategy, and commercial insight. As they continue to expand their client portfolio, they're looking for a DTC Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid social and search strategies for a range of exciting fashion and lifestyle brands.

This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's most innovative DTC brands, combining performance marketing expertise with commercial thinking to drive profitable growth.

The Role

As DTC Paid Media Manager, you'll be responsible for turning commercial targets into highly effective paid media strategies that deliver revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

You'll build and optimise scalable account structures across Meta and Google, ensuring media investment aligns with product availability, stock levels, margins, and wider business objectives.

Working closely with Creative, Shopify, CRO and Commercial teams, you'll play a key role in helping brands scale sustainably and profitably.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
