Haddad Brands Europe

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) across Europe.

Operational for 9 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail, via our corners in leading department stores.

In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

We are currently looking for a DTC Sales Manager (UK).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Levi's DTC Sales Manager, you own the growth and performance of Levi's Direct-to-Consumer business across Europe. Your immediate priority is the dot-com (online) business: driving assortment, inventory and logistics excellence to unlock its full commercial potential. As the business matures, your remit is designed to expand into bricks-and-mortar retail, giving you end-to-end ownership of the DTC channel. You bring a commercial, data-led mindset, take full accountability for the accounts and decisions in your remit, and act as the day-to-day driver of a channel the business has identified as one of its biggest growth opportunities for the next several years.

Own & Grow the Digital (Dot-Com) Business - Priority One

  • Hold full commercial ownership of the Levi's dot-com account: revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Set annual and seasonal targets and build the digital trading plan to deliver them, identifying opportunities and risks ahead of the market and reviewing progress regularly with the Brand Director.
  • Own the sell-in and sell-through relationship with the digital partner, building senior relationships with its buying and trading teams and leading with data rather than instinct.
  • Own monthly performance reporting and act as the DTC voice in sell-out reviews: explain variances in your remit, flag anomalies early and bring the Brand Director a recommendation, not just a status update.
  • Benchmark competitor product, pricing and online distribution to identify white space by category, age/gender segment and market, and turn it into an agreed plan with the digital partner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Assortment & Process Optimisation

  • Partner with Merchandising and Design to build a consumer-right online assortment, using sell-out and stock data to set depth, width and phasing each season.
  • Identify and remove friction in the sell-in-to-sell-out process, from range planning through to replenishment.
  • Standardise and document ways of working with the digital partner so performance is repeatable, not reliant on individual effort.
  • Work with Marketing on site merchandising, campaigns and product content that build brand visibility and drive online sell-through.

Inventory, Logistics & Operational Excellence

  • Own the end-to-end critical path for the digital account across HBE and Levi’s (call-offs, shipping windows, cancellation risk), challenging ways of working in both businesses where they limit the commercial ambition.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Customer Service to resolve service issues before they affect sell-through or the partner relationship.
  • Track and improve on-time-in-full delivery for the DTC channel.
  • Own the DTC inventory position with Demand Planning and Merchandising: stock availability, NOS and re-buy coverage, and clean exit of aged stock through off-price/outlet routes.
  • Partner with Business Planning so DTC forecasts and stock plans reflect real sell-out performance.

  • Represent bricks-and-mortar DTC within the wider account and S&OP planning process as the channel comes online.

YOUR KPIS

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain and Logistics.
