DUA Analyst

Salary: £70,000 DOE
Location: London

A well-established insurance organisation is seeking an experienced DUA Analyst to support the management and oversight of delegated authority business across a specialist portfolio.

The Role

  • Manage and monitor delegated authority arrangements and Coverholders.
  • Review and reconcile premium and bordereaux data.
  • Identify discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with brokers, Coverholders and internal stakeholders.
  • Produce MI, KPI reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Support governance, controls and ongoing process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships across the delegated authority network.
