DUA Technical Analyst
The Vacancy
Pro has exciting opportunities for Technical Analysts to join its Insurance Services teams. This role will enable the job holder to further develop their insurance knowledge and strengthen their technical and power skills.
Pro operates a hybrid working model. This role is hybrid with weekly travel to the Gloucester or Liverpool office and occasional travel to other hubs.
Responsibilities
- Process risk, premium, and claims bordereaux into an external bordereaux management system.
- Provide technical support for VIPR Intrali implementation initiatives, including configuration projects.
- Support the Leadership team with KPI and SLA monitoring.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships, acting as the primary contact for technical queries and engaging with clients in a professional, collaborative manner.
- Support complex queries and provide coaching to new team members.
- Provide hands-on technical Quality Control support to help the team meet client SLAs.
- Produce MI in line with agreed or clearly defined requirements.
- Complete small technical projects while managing workload effectively.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A strong understanding of insurance principles and London Market systems and procedures is essential.
- Expert knowledge of bordereaux management, with the ability to identify process improvements and deliver effective solutions.
- Good knowledge and understanding of VIPR Intrali.
- Experience working as a technical SME within an outsourcing organisation.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Strong data analysis capability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with a positive, conscientious approach.
- High agility and emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt positively to change.
- Strong commercial awareness, supporting contractual compliance, process improvement, quality assurance, and knowledge management.
- Willingness to travel for key internal and external workshops or engagements.

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Strong data analysis and quantitative reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret MI and recommend improvements to processes, people, or ways of working.
- Strong leadership skills, consistently role modelling Pro values and leading by example.
- Knowledge of process design and documentation.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
