Overview
Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users' lives.
Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate, and be bold’ and our teams apply these daily offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
RISE (a consortium, led by Change Grow Live, and includes Central and North West London NHS Mental Health Trust, and service user-led organisation Build on Belief) is the integrated end-to-end treatment and recovery service which offers a wide range of pharmacological and psychosocial interventions to Ealing residents 18 years and over.
The Dual Diagnosis Team (Co-existing Mental Health and Substance Use) for RISE supports service users dealing with complex co-existing mental health and substance use conditions. A dedicated pathway of care will enable collaborative delivery of support by multi-agency teams in response to their needs in order to create & deliver combined treatment plans which are appropriate & effective in addressing their substance misuse issues.
As RISE continues to increase the provision of support, access, and assessment for individuals who due to their complex mental health condition(s) have historically been unable to engage and/or be retained in substance misuse treatment, a new post has arisen in this Team for a specialist Acute psychiatric ward Dual Diagnosis Engagement Worker role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
