We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join Bright Futures as a Dual Registered Manager overseeing 2 wonderful homes.
About the Role
As Dual-Registered Manager at Bright Futures, you will lead our homes, Kildare in Hale Village and Regency in Widnes, which total five beds. This is a rewarding opportunity to oversee two close-knit services where you can build strong relationships with the people we support and our teams, while maintaining the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will provide visible, supportive leadership, develop confident and compassionate teams, and help create safe, stable homes where every person is encouraged to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Requirements
To be successful in the role you will:
- Ideally be an experienced registered manager in a similar CQC regulated environment.
- Have a passion for person-centred care
- It is essential that you have NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
