Ready to take the lead and make a bigger impact?

Enfield & North Finchley | Supported Living | Learning Disabilities

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is looking for an ambitious, experienced Registered Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop high-performing teams and help shape the future of two specialist services. This isn’t simply a role where you maintain the status quo. It’s an opportunity to lead, develop and grow.

You’ll take overall responsibility for our dual-registered Supported Living services in Enfield and North Finchley, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and complex needs. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of support people receive, the development of your teams and the continued growth of the services. We’re looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with genuine care, someone who can spot opportunities, solve problems and turn ideas into positive outcomes.

Glenholme Specialist Healthcare is an award-winning specialist healthcare provider with over 30 years of experience, and we’re continuing to grow. In the last two years alone, we’ve opened six new services, with further expansion planned. At Glenholme Specialist Healthcare, we believe great services start with great people. We’re committed to creating an environment built around equality, inclusion and respect, where everyone is treated with dignity and has the opportunity to thrive. With continued growth ahead, this is an exciting time to join us and play a key role in what comes next.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you’ll be joining an organisation that embraces innovation, technology and new ways of working, while remaining firmly focused on delivering outstanding, person-centred support. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the operational management and continued development of your services. In short, you’ll have the responsibility, autonomy and opportunity to make your mark.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
