Job Description
We are looking for a Dual Site Maintenance Manager for Novotel London Bridge and Ibis Styles Southwark hotels.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the Maintenance function in a cluster of hotels providing both, a reactive and proactive multi-skilled service on all operational equipment and hotels’ infrastructure.
- Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.
- Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve project delivery, reduce equipment failure room downtime.
- Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
- Manage the teams on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst leading the department and mentoring direct reports.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement of maintenance services by highlighting and recommending changes where necessary.
- Ensure maintenance is completed in cluster hotels with effective use of resources.
- Identification of potential lifecycle deficiencies, produce capital budgets to match lifecycle expectancies.

Qualifications
- Proven maintenance experience.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
- Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
- Experience performing routine maintenance.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with site team, senior management, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
