About The Role
As Dual Site Practice Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational and commercial performance of both practices.
Working closely with our Central Operations and clinical leadership teams, you will ensure that both sites are well organised, well supported and operating to the highest standards.
You will divide your time between Poole and Boscombe, providing visible leadership and creating a positive, high-performing environment across both teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of both practices
- Inspire, support and develop your teams to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with dentists, nurses and other clinical colleagues
- Take responsibility for practice performance and agreed business targets
- Monitor and manage practice KPIs and financial performance
- Support patient growth, retention and practice development
- Ensure an outstanding patient journey and consistently high standards of customer service
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and development of practice colleagues
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-ones
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and resource requirements
- Ensure both practices remain compliant with all relevant regulatory and company requirements
- Work closely with the clinical team to support excellent clinical governance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and patient experience
- Manage budgets and control costs effectively
- Deal confidently and professionally with patient feedback and complaints
- Work collaboratively with the wider Smile Dental Care management team
- Ensure the Smile values and culture are embedded across both practices

About You
We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager or Senior Dental Manager who is ready to take the next step or someone who already has experience managing multiple sites.

Previous dental management experience is essential, and experience managing more than one site would be highly desirable.
