Duck Creek Presales Solution Lead

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £120k + Bonus

I've partnered with a global Insurance Consulting firm who is growing its Duck Creek capability and looking for someone to take ownership of the presales and solutioning side of the practice.

This is a senior, technically credible role for someone who knows Duck Creek inside out and enjoys the conversations that happen before a project even starts - scoping, estimating, designing solutions, and helping win the work in the first place.

What you'll actually be doing:

  • Leading solutioning for Duck Creek opportunities - policy, billing, claims, or the full suite, depending on your background
  • Working closely with sales and account teams to shape proposals, respond to RFPs, and build estimates that hold up once delivery starts
  • Running client workshops and discovery sessions to translate business requirements into workable Duck Creek architectures
  • Building out reusable assets, accelerators, and points of view that make future bids faster and stronger
  • Acting as the technical voice in client conversations - credible enough to be trusted by both the client's architects and their business stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
