We are looking for experienced Ductwork Installers holding NVQ Level 2 with a CSCS Blue Card or NVQ Level 3 with a CSCS Gold Card to support projects across the business. Roles are aligned to national agreement contracts, including major framework and infrastructure projects, with competitive rates, paid holiday, pension contributions, and travel support where applicable. Based London HA4

Based in Bury, the business is recognised for delivering specialist HVAC, high-integrity ductwork, smoke ventilation, and safety-critical ventilation systems across complex sectors including energy, defence, transport, and advanced infrastructure.

Pay

BESA National Agreement Contracts – HS2 Framework

  • Hourly rate: 37.5-hour guaranteed working week at (NVQ Level 2) £17.40 to (NVQ Level 3) £18.76 per hour in accordance with BESA National Agreement.
  • Overtime: Monday to Friday and the first 5 hours on Saturday paid at £24.53 to £26.49 per hour, depending on grade.
  • Sunday hours paid at £31.64 to £34.26 per hour, depending on grade.
  • Local candidates: daily travel expenses and daily travel allowance available.
  • Travelling candidates: weekly tax-free accommodation allowance of £368.83.
  • Travelling candidates: weekly return travel time and expenses covered for weekend leaves.
  • 33 days paid holiday
  • Pension contributions

Required Qualifications

  • Required qualifications: NVQ Level 2 (CSCS Blue Card) or NVQ Level 3 (CSCS Gold Card).
  • Contract types: BESA National Agreement.
  • Preferred qualifications: IPAF, Manual Handling, PASMA, Abrasive Wheels, Harness Awareness.
