Role description:
As a Project Coordinator within the Land & Property team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives, ensuring effective coordination of property-related activities, contract transitions, governance processes, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, external advisors, and funding stakeholders to support the successful delivery of key business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Land & Property matters relating to due diligence activities, investor enquiries, business reporting requirements, and internal stakeholder requests.
- Coordinating the procurement and mobilisation of key service contracts, including valuation, planning, legal, and property management services required to support business operations.
- Managing the transition and novation of existing Land & Property contracts and third-party agreements to new operating arrangements.
- Supporting the preparation, coordination, and presentation of documentation required to secure funding and facilitate investment decisions.
- Coordinating the migration of processes, data, and key documentation across business systems, including property, financial, document management, and collaboration platforms.
- Reviewing, updating, and standardising business processes and documentation to ensure alignment with governance requirements and Quality Management Systems.
- Supporting the Head of Land & Property in the implementation of initiatives arising from the Estate Management Strategy.
- Monitoring project actions, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
- Experience in project coordination, programme support, or project management within a property, infrastructure, construction, or related environment.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial principles.
- Experience supporting business change, process improvement, or data transition projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate competing priorities.
- Experience preparing reports, briefing papers, presentations, and business documentation for senior stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience within land, property, real estate, infrastructure, or estate management sectors.
- Knowledge of private financing, investment processes, or supporting investor due diligence activities.
- Experience working within regulated or governance-driven environments.
Key Skills
Essential
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of audiences.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and manage data effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

- Professional qualification or membership such as APM, RICS, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience of working with quality management systems, governance frameworks, or business process improvement methodologies.
