Job Opportunity: Duel Registered Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take up the role of Duel Registered Manager with Inshore Support Limited across two of our residential sites. We are looking for a candidate with experience working with learning disabilities and complex needs to join our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold CQC registration for two residential care services specialising in providing personal care / providing to support to those with learning disabilities.
- Lead, manage, and develop service teams to deliver outstanding care and support.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management.
- Monitor service quality through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train, supervise, and develop staff to achieve excellent performance and development themselves within the Company.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and external agencies.
- Ensure care plans and support arrangements are person-centred and outcome-focused.
- Prepare for and lead regulatory inspections and external audits.

Requirements
- Experience in a leadership / management role.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations.
- NVQ / Diploma in Social Care and Management (Level 5) - or be working towards.
- Willingness to excel and develop services to the best possible standard.
- Relevant experience and/or training working with adults who have complex needs and learning disabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a larger management team.
- Experience liaising with health professionals and social workers.
- Care, compassion, and empathy.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns over a 40-hour week. This may include bank holidays and weekends where required.
- Full UK driving licence.
