Brand Manager – Dulcolax

About the job:
Dulcolax is a category-leading brand with a strong heritage and significant growth potential in the UK market. This role offers the opportunity to lead brand strategy and execution, combining commercial ownership, consumer insight, and creative marketing to drive sustainable growth. You'll work across a broad range of stakeholders and functions, helping shape the future of digestive health while delivering meaningful impact for consumers.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives that strengthen brand performance and accelerate growth.
- Translate consumer and market insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial delivery.
- Partner across functions to ensure consistent and effective execution.

Develop and execute local brand strategies that support growth and market share objectives.
- Adapt global initiatives and campaigns to meet the needs of UK consumers and customers.
- Manage brand performance, budgets, and commercial outcomes, including P&L responsibility.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and healthcare professional channels.
- Use consumer, market, and performance data to identify opportunities and optimise plans.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and agency partners to deliver brand objectives.
- Influence and engage stakeholders across local and regional teams to drive alignment and results.
About you:
- Experience in brand management within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, OTC, Pharmaceutical, or a related industry.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and business performance.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
