Dutch Business Development Consultant – B2B
Netherlands | Freelance / Contract | Remote | Temporary Programme
Broadley Speaking is looking for an experienced Dutch-speaking Business Development Consultant to support an international B2B client programme in the Netherlands.
We are a UK-based B2B sales and marketing agency, working with major international organisations to help them identify, engage and develop new business opportunities.
For this programme, we are looking for someone who is based in the Netherlands and fluent/native in Dutch, with the confidence and commercial experience to engage senior business decision-makers.
The role
You will work alongside our UK campaign team to:
- Engage senior decision-makers within selected target organisations
- Conduct professional B2B telephone outreach in Dutch
- Develop conversations and uncover potential business opportunities
- Gather valuable market and buying intelligence
- Qualify prospects and secure meetings for our client's sales team
- Support follow-up through email and LinkedIn where appropriate
- Record insights and activity within our CRM

We're looking for someone who:
- Is based in the Netherlands
- Is a native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent English
- Has previous B2B business development, sales or appointment-setting experience
- Is confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Can understand and communicate a complex B2B proposition
- Takes a consultative, intelligent approach to sales rather than relying on scripts
- Is comfortable working remotely as part of an international team

The opportunity
This is initially a temporary contract/freelance position supporting a defined client programme, with the potential for further work across future European campaigns.
Broadley Speaking will provide the campaign strategy, target accounts, data, messaging, systems, training and ongoing support.
We're looking for someone who can bring the local market knowledge, language and sales experience needed to represent our client effectively in the Netherlands.
