The role:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email providing a professional and helpful service.
- Process customer orders, credits, and invoices accurately.
- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.
- Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.
- Build strong relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and customer service.

The candidate:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) essential.
- Experience in a customer service or an administration role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships.
- Organised, confident with the ability to prioritise.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office.
The salary:
- up to £31,000pa plus benefits
