The job
As a Customer Support Guest you will work by Email and phone to manage Reservations (Requests & Complaints, e.g. date change, cancellation, refund process. You will be their first point of contact and it is therefore important that you like to speak to people and have an understanding of the frustrations some clients might present when they first get through to you.
We are therefore looking for people who have a lot of empathy, patience and who are good at talking. You will be speaking Dutch, but a good level of English is also required.

Your qualifications
- π You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
- π Experience in customer care is an advantage but not a must. Experience in the travel industry is also a plus.
- π» You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
- πͺπ» Excellent problem solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.
- π₯ You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
