Medical Information Specialist
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for healthcare? A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Medical Information Specialist to join their team. Based in Surrey, this role offers the chance to make a real impact by providing essential medical information to healthcare professionals and patients. If you are fluent in Dutch and English and have a background in life sciences, this could be the perfect role for you.
This role is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend and offer a hybrid working basis (3 days from home).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties as the Medical Information Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- As the Medical Information Specialist, you will research and respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via multiple channels, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- As the Medical Information Specialist, you will accurately document inquiries and responses according to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- As the Medical Information Specialist, you will identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints promptly.
- As the Medical Information Specialist, you will support second-line activities such as escalation management and content creation for therapeutic areas.

Skills and Experience:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- Relevant degree in a life science or healthcare field.
- Proven industry experience in medical information or a related field.
- A working knowledge and practical experience with customer service, particularly in a medical context.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the improvement of healthcare services.
