Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist to join a leading organization within the healthcare sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional to provide high-quality medical and technical information to healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring a seamless customer experience in the local language.
Based in a dynamic environment, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering accurate responses, supporting content management, and contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance service quality.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Your duties as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Provide technical and medical information to healthcare professionals and patients in the native language, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
- Research and respond promptly to inquiries received via multiple channels, including phone, email, webform, live chat, or mail, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Document all interactions accurately and completely, reporting adverse events and product quality issues within required timelines.
- Support second-line activities such as escalation management and content creation within therapeutic areas.
- As the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist, you will act as an internal point of contact, ensuring relevant data is current and communicative issues are promptly addressed.

Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A Degree or higher level in a life science/healthcare field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Quality Assurance / Quality Management for QA roles).
- 1-2 years of medical information or relevant work experience, with customer service experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (C2, mother tongue), with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues related to medical information.
