Salary: £27,204 rising to £34,662 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension
Location: Hybrid working
Closing Date: Midday 28/09/2026
Hours per week: This role is 37 hours per week.
Standby allowance is payable.
About the role:
To work as a member of the duties team in preparing, projecting, and monitoring duties for the force. The post holder will be required to ensure that the relevant business area that the post-holder is assigned is adequately policed in the most cost-effective manner in accordance with Police Regulations and the Police Staff Council Handbook and other relevant guidance.
Please note:
For this role there is a requirement to complete the initial training period (Mon-Fri, 5 days per week) whilst based at Force HQ Winfrith. Thereafter, hybrid working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home or other location are currently in place within the Duties Management Team.
