The Blakeney Hotel is an award-winning, four-star, 64-bedroom, privately owned, and family-run hotel located in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast.
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our professional and friendly Duty Management team.
Candidates must have:
- A friendly, professional, outgoing nature, and a positive attitude
- Previous hospitality experience in a quality establishment
- An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and staff management skills
- An ability to motivate and direct staff with enthusiasm and professionalism
- A willingness to work evenings/weekends and have overnight stays on the premises on a rota basis

Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the hotel
- Assisting in all departments as business dictates
- Ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered
- Handling any guest issues and queries quickly in a discreet and professional manner
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Training and monitoring staff performance
