Location: RNLI Restaurant, Poole, BH15 1HZ Pay: £28,900/per year Hours: Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Sunday

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at RNLI Restaurant, Poole to help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll do:

  • Correct menus, prices, descriptions, allergens, displayed on time at the right place.
  • To verify all cash up processes at end of each shift in Bar, Restaurant, Functions, and Reception.
  • Control of stock, client & company assets, ensuring all stock rooms are secure and access given to those that need it.
  • To liaise with customers, clients, and staff and ensure all business requirements are met to the highest possible standards.
  • To be a point of comment and contact for customers and to ensure all customers are aware of what is available to them.
  • To be a point of reference to staff, ensuring that the customers’ needs always come first, ensuring their Health & Safety and correct business practices are adhered to.
  • To deal with complaints or negative feedback immediately and in a manner such that empowerment diffuses any complaint at the point at which it occurs.
  • Ensure all functions are set up appropriately to business needs and set standards and run timely with high standards.
  • Liaise directly with event organisers and be their point of contact for meet and greet and the duration of their event. Handover with next shift as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of food handling.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate and lead teams and individuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, well organised, self-motivated, customer service oriented.
  • Capable of flexible attitude to various roles in each department.
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Responsible and reliable disposition.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Personal License preferred.
