Aramark UK Duty Manager Role
Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced Duty Manager to join the team on a full time and permanent basis on site at the Harry Potter Studio, WD25 7LP. This role is 5/7 so flexibility on evenings and weekends is required.
You will be part of a very talented and close-knit team in a role that will allow you to gain brilliant exposure and develop. Come and join us on site at the world-famous Harry Potter Studio!

What you’ll do:
- Continually driving customer service standards, resolving issues before they arrive
- Support all service aspects of Studio Tour, Hospitality and Events
- Be able to lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve our targets
- Be organised and able to prioritise tasks, setting clear targets for team leaders to support you run a successful shift
- Be confident in decision making, giving feedback and a performance management
- Profit and Loss - Stock control, ordering, rotation, wastage control, GP
- Adhering to and enforcing all aspects of Food safety and Health & Safety
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in the same capacity
- High level of energy, positivity and resilience coupled with working at pace and high volume.
- Extensive experience in managing and developing large teams
- Excellent time management, highly adaptable, naturally positive.
- Minimum qualification of Food Safety Level 2 Preferable
